VA-G:

VA-G100 and VA-G150 single deflection supply grilles and registers are recommended for applications requiring pattern adjustability in a single horizontal or vertical plane, including sill, sidewall and down-throw (heating) applications.

VA-G200 and VA-G250 double deflection supply grilles and registers are recommended for application in systems requiring optimum flexibility of pattern change to accommodate changing job conditions. Two sets of deflection blades allow the air spread to be set left or right and up or down for maximum versatility.

The combination of streamlined blades and 3/4” spacing on the VA-G100 and VAG-200 series helps to maintain an effective area capacity which minimizes the outlet velocity and reduces the pressure drop to ensure quiet operation.

FEATURES:

Frame:	The Frame & Blades are made of high quality extruded Aluminum Profile with advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
Louvers:	1-1/4” nominal overlap margin beveled to a streamlined appearance. Furnished with countersunk screw holes and mounting screws.Solid extruded blades on 1/2” centers hOld deflection setting under typical conditions of pressure and velocity. Solid extruded blades on 3/4” centers hOld deflection setting under typical conditions of pressure and velocity
Damper:	G.I. or Aluminum Dampers are used as option in Registers.
Patterns:	VA-G Grilles and Registers are available in a variety of air discharge patterns i.e. Rotatable blades can be field adjusted 4 different ways: up or down, right or left, providing air directional control for the specific application.
Finish:	Finished with Powder Coating / Anodizing. Dampers are finished with Black Enamel Paint. Foam gasket is sealed around the back of the frame as option to avoid air leakage.
